Superform

This chair attempts to represent aspects of the coffee industry, specifically focused on the combination of traditional human labour and modern industrial manufacturing. Coffee, in many parts of the world, is still hand picked on small plot farms, but as it enters the supply chain is subjected to a variety of industrial fermenting, roasting, and packaging before delivery to the consumer where it can once again be brewed at home or purchased from an industrial drinks maker.
